For the 10th edition of Les Grands Jours de Bourgogne, the Burgundy Wine Board (BIVB) is organising an exceptional version of the prestigious evening event entitled “Burgundy wines & Flavours of the World”: 10 renowned chefs will each present an international dish featuring a Burgundian ingredient prepared according to a traditional recipe in a foreign country. Food and wine pairings will also be organised. The flavours of the five continents, revisited by Burgundy, will tickle your taste buds!
